These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your (“you” or “your”) use of VaZtEnrich’s enterprise grade commerce and enrichment platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree that these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VaZtEnrich.
Welcome to VaZtEnrich, your AI powered product enrichment platform. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a secure experience for all users.
Children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age for consent in their jurisdiction) are not permitted to access or use the VaZtEnrich Service.
Upon compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the VaZtEnrich Service for personal or business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by VaZtEnrich. Each user must maintain a unique account and is responsible for all activities conducted through their account. Sharing your login credentials with others is prohibited.
Your use of VaZtEnrich, including any User Content and Designs, must adhere to the VaZtEnrich Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in removal or restriction of content, or suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. VaZtEnrich is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and prohibits the use of its Service to discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin. Use of the Service to promote hostility, violence, or discrimination is strictly forbidden.
You agree not to, directly or indirectly:
i) Rent, lease, sell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service or Licensed Content available to third parties, except as permitted by these Terms.
ii) Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service.
iii) Use the Service for performance benchmarking or to develop competing products.
iv) Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code through the Service.
v) Use VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions or pricing.
vi) Send unsolicited communications such as spam or phishing emails.
vii) Engage in data mining, scraping, or extraction of content for any purpose, including AI or machine learning.
viii) Circumvent any protective measures implemented by VaZtEnrich to restrict access or usage of the Service or content.
VaZtEnrich reserves the right to enforce these restrictions to maintain the integrity and security of the Service.# Using the Service – VaZtEnrich Terms
a. Information Security. VaZtEnrich employs comprehensive physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
b. Data Privacy. The VaZtEnrich Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, transfer, disclosure, and storage of personal data related to your account, Service usage, User Content.
You represent and warrant that you own all rights, title, and interest in and to any product data, catalog information, or other materials (“User Content”) that you upload or provide to VaZtEnrich. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant VaZtEnrich a royalty free, sublicensable license to process, store, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of generating enriched outputs such as product titles, descriptions, FAQs, and SEO-optimized content, and to maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
VaZtEnrich will not claim ownership of your User Content. Your Privacy Settings allow you to control whether your general usage data and/or User Content may be used to improve AI powered features. VaZtEnrich and its trusted partners may use this data only in accordance with your Privacy Settings, which you can review and update at any time.
All AI generated outputs (including product titles, descriptions, FAQs, and SEO content) are produced by the Service based on your User Content. As between you and VaZtEnrich, you retain ownership of your original User Content, while VaZtEnrich retains all rights in and to the Service, its algorithms, and enrichment workflows.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating enriched outputs before publishing or distributing them. VaZtEnrich disclaims liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in enriched content and reserves the right to remove or restrict outputs that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
You may use the AI powered enrichment features and functionality that VaZtEnrich makes available on the Service from time to time (collectively, “AI Features”). Your use of AI Features is subject to additional obligations and restrictions set forth in the VaZtEnrich AI Feature Terms.
VaZtEnrich offers both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing may vary by location and will be based on the billing information you provide at the time of purchase.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as applicable). VaZtEnrich will notify you before the auto renewal of your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to section (c) below.
Your subscription fees are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified in an agreement with VaZtEnrich, within the Service, or on an invoice. Tax rates are calculated based on the billing information you provide and the applicable tax rate at the time of your subscription charge. You represent and warrant that the billing address information you provide to VaZtEnrich will be current and accurate.
You may stop using the Service and/or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will end at the close of your current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable (except where required by law), and any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.
VaZtEnrich may offer free trials or pilot programs to allow you to experience the Service. We reserve the right to set eligibility requirements and the duration of such trials.
VaZtEnrich reserves the right to change its prices and plans at any time.
VaZtEnrich will provide notice of any pricing changes. If you do not wish to continue under the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before resubscribing.
You agree that VaZtEnrich may contact you at any time via email, push notifications, or other methods with information relevant to your subscription, billing, and use of the Service.
These Terms will take effect the first time you access the Service and will continue in full force and effect until your account is deleted or terminated.
If VaZtEnrich, in its reasonable discretion, determines that you or your use of the Service, your User Content, or your activities violate these Terms — including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy, the Section entitled “Restrictions on Use of the Service,” or the Section entitled “Anti-Discrimination” (each considered a “Violation”) — VaZtEnrich may take one or more of the following actions:
1. Delete or otherwise restrict the prohibited User Content.
2. Suspend your access to the Service.
3. Terminate and delete your account along with all User Content associated with that account.
4. Permanently ban you from using the Service.
5. Disclose the prohibited User Content and related information to appropriate third parties, such as government authorities or law enforcement.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Service. You will lose access to your User Content and any other information uploaded to the Service (and VaZtEnrich may delete all such data unless legally prohibited). Unless your account was terminated due to a Violation, you may download or export your User Content using the functionality of the Service prior to the expiration or termination of your subscription. If your account has been terminated due to a Violation, you may not create a new account on any VaZtEnrich Service unless you receive written permission from VaZtEnrich
Sections titled “Term and Termination,” “Billing,” “VaZtEnrich Intellectual Property,” “Limitation of Liability,” “Indemnification,” and “Miscellaneous” will survive any expiration or termination of these Terms.
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with your use of VaZtEnrich’s AI enrichment features (titles, descriptions, FAQs, and SEO content). VaZtEnrich agrees to abide by all applicable laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with its provision of these AI enrichment features.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.
VaZtEnrich’s AI enrichment features are subject to trade compliance laws and regulations that govern the import, export, and use of software and AI technology. These laws or regulations may prohibit VaZtEnrich from providing you access or require discontinuation without notice. By using VaZtEnrich, you agree to comply with all trade sanctions, export and import laws, and regulations.
If you have a dispute arising out of these Terms, contact us first and we will attempt to resolve it directly. If unresolved, you and VaZtEnrich agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and/or the AI enrichment features by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) Consumer Arbitration Rules.
You may not assign these Terms or any of your rights without VaZtEnrich’s written consent, except to a successor by way of merger, acquisition, or change of control. VaZtEnrich may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
By creating a VaZtEnrich account, you consent to receiving offers, updates, and other marketing communications from VaZtEnrich. You can adjust your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
