1. Nature of the Service

• Digital Delivery: VaZtEnrich is an online/digital service and no physical products will be shipped. 

2. Order Processing and Access

• Instant Access: Upon successful Payment Confirmation, you will be able to access the Enrichment Services based on the Subscription level you have purchased for.
• Processing Time Disclaimer: In some rare cases, due to payment verification processes or system delays, access might take up to 2-4 hours during the business hours. Our business hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Mon – Fri, excluding Govt Holidays

3. Access Method and Instructions

• Access Point: Once you have a valid subscription, you can add your website details and for each website there will be a dashboard that will enable you to upload your product data, enrich the data using our cutting-edge AI models and then download them as an excel sheet.
• Confirmation Email: The subscription order confirmation email would be sent to your registered email id. The subscription renewal email, if you have opted for aut-renewal will also be sent to the same emailId
• Troubleshooting Access:  what to do I have not received the confirmation email ?
  • Please check your spam/junk folders first.

4. Service Region

• Global/Specific Availability: "Our online service is accessible worldwide", but the actual billing would be only in Indian Rupee and the USD amount shown would be converted at the time of checkout and billing and would be prominently displayed before you confirm the order.

• Customer Support Details: Provide clear contact information (email, phone number, or a link to a "Contact Us" page) so customers can quickly get help with any order or access issues.
