Refunds and Cancellations Policy

In most cases, VaZtEnrich subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, as outlined in our Terms of Use. This policy helps us keep VaZtEnrich accessible and affordable while we continue developing new features and improvements.

That said, we review every refund request carefully. In certain cases — such as duplicate charges or billing errors — we may approve a refund.

Why your refund request may have been declined

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Refunds are generally not possible if:

  • Product content has already been enriched and exported.
  • The request falls outside our 30- day refund window.

If your request was not approved, it was deemed ineligible after careful review.

How long do refunds take

If your refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment provider:

  • Credit cards: 5–10 business days
  • UPI / NetBanking / Wallets (via Razorpay): 7–10 business days
  • Other payment methods: Up to 20 business days

Please note: transaction fees and GST levied by Razorpay at payment capture are non-refundable. Refunds are always processed to the original payment method, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Cancel your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your VaZtEnrich dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
